At DentistA, we strive to provide a high quality of care for our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our patients and maintain an efficient schedule, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Book an Appointment
Deposit Fee
- A deposit fee may be required on a case-by-case basis. We will advise you of the specific deposit amount when booking your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice
- To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees
- If you fail to show up for your appointment or do not provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling, a fee of $80 will be charged.
- If a deposit was taken at the time of booking, that deposit will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
Non-Refundable Deposit for Repeat No-Shows
- For patients who have a history of no-shows, we will require a non-refundable deposit prior to scheduling any new appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
- If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that you may be subject to having your appointment rebooked. A late arrival may also incur a late penalty fee.
